How ordering works

Follow these steps to place your order and track it from the kitchen to your table.

    Browse the menu

    Scroll categories and add items to your cart.

    Review your cart

    Review your items, add notes (e.g., no onions in burger), then continue to checkout.

    Place your order

    You'll see an order confirmation right away. Your order is sent immediately to the kitchen.

    Track tab and order status

    Your orders move through statuses like Sent → Preparing → Ready → Served.

    You can track your tab and order status from your tab page.

Tips

  • Add item notes for allergies or preferences.
  • If you refresh the page, your cart should still be here.
  • If something looks wrong, ask a staff member for help.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can order directly from your phone after scanning the table QR code.

Can I change my order after I submit?

No. You can cancel your order after submit only if the order has not started preparing.

Why can't I see taxes and service charge?

Taxes and service charges are calculated and added to the tab after you have marked your tab as ready to pay.

What if my phone loses connection?

Reconnect and reload the page. If your order was submitted, it should still appear in your order history.
